Hi everyone! I’m Thea, and holistic wellness is my passion!
My work is rooted in a deep, enduring commitment to healing—both the kind we can name and the kind we carry quietly.
I’ve always been drawn to the dark or disconnected places within people. Not just to understand those experiences, but to help untangle them in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and real. Healing, to me, isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level change—it’s about creating lasting shifts in how you relate to your mind, your body, and the world.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), Independent Clinical Supervisor (ICS), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and EMDR Certified. My approach is both clinically rigorous and highly individualized, drawing from evidence-based modalities alongside somatic and nervous system–focused interventions to support lasting change.
What shapes my approach, in addition to my clinical training, is my long-cultivated relationship with Nature. Over time, I’ve developed a deep respect for the rhythms of the natural world and the way it informs our own capacity to regulate, restore, and heal. This connection shows up in my work through a thoughtful integration of herbal medicine, nervous system awareness, and somatic practices—always with the intention of supporting you in a way that feels both intuitive and grounded.
This is a concierge-style practice, designed to offer a more personalized, attentive level of care. I value being real, present, and attuned. I work intentionally with a limited number of clients to ensure depth, consistency, and a therapeutic experience that is both focused and responsive. Treatment is tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on precision, discretion, and meaningful outcomes.
This work is deeply personal to me. And it’s an honor to witness people grow as they reconnect with themselves in a way that feels consistent, empowered, and genuinely their own.
